  1. Promoting athletics as one of the foundational sport disciplines.
  2. Promoting running as the most accessible form of physical activity.
  3. Encouraging healthy lifestyles and sport among children, youth and adults.
  4. Integrating the sporting community and residents of the Piaseczno County and the Mazovia region.
  5. Promoting the town and municipality of Piaseczno through a sporting event.
  6. Enabling athletes to achieve meaningful results and promoting the principles of fair play.

The organizer of the "Pearls of Mazovia 2026" track & field meeting is Stowarzyszenie Rekreacyjno-Sportowe „KONDYCJA" (Recreational Sports Association KONDYCJA).

  1. Date: 2 August 2026 (Sunday), Municipal Stadium, Piaseczno, ul. 1 Maja 16.
  2. Events: 100 m, 400 m, 800 m, 1500 m, 5000 m.
  3. Children's races:
    • 60 m — youngest — born 2019
    • 60 m — born 2018–2017
    • 100 m — born 2016–2015
    • 100 m — born 2014–2012
  4. Participation is free of charge.

  1. Each participant undertakes to comply with these regulations.
  2. Only participants who have registered and been verified may compete.
  3. Minors compete with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, expressed through the registration system.
  4. Children remain under parental supervision.
  5. Participant limit: 250.
  6. The meet office is open 15:00–20:00.
  7. Verification takes place up to 30 minutes before the start at the mobile meet office at the stadium.
  8. Starting is conditional on registration via www.dostartu.pl or www.starter.pzla.pl. By registering, the participant declares on their own behalf or on behalf of their child fitness to take part in the sporting event, submitting the following statement: "I declare that my state of health allows me to participate in the race and that I have no health or medical contraindications to taking part in this event. I compete at my own risk."
  9. The organizer provides medical assistance.
  10. The organizer holds third-party liability insurance.
  11. Personal data are processed solely for the purpose of organizing the meet, in accordance with the GDPR.
  12. Registration constitutes consent to the use of one's image in the meet's promotional materials.

  1. Registration is handled electronically.
  2. Participation is free of charge.
  3. Registration is open until the participant limit is reached.
  4. The organizer may open a waiting list.
  5. Bib numbers must be collected no later than 30 minutes before the relevant event.
  6. Entries for the 2026 edition are closed.

  1. Timing is fully electronic.
  2. Results are published after the meet.
  3. Results are approved by the Chief Referee.
  4. Results may be submitted to Polish Athletics Association (PZLA) databases.

Start lists and live results are published in the Domtel timing system. Start lists may be available before the meet; results appear after each event is contested and officially compiled.

Live start lists & results

  1. Every participant who finishes their event receives a medal.
  2. The organizer may award trophies and prizes.
  3. Award ceremonies take place per the meet schedule.

  1. Bib numbers must remain visible throughout each event.
  2. Competitors must follow the instructions of the organizer and officials.
  3. The organizer provides timing, medical support, changing rooms and a bag deposit.
  4. The organizer is not responsible for items left unattended.
  5. The organizer may change the schedule for operational reasons.
  6. Protests must be submitted within 30 minutes of results being announced by the speaker.
  7. In matters not covered by these regulations, PZLA and World Athletics rules apply, together with the organizer's decisions.
  8. These regulations are a translation for information purposes. In the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
